In 1933 William Branham received seven visions of the future of the world. Here is what is written on the Branham website regarding the last two visions that he received:
Vision Six:
Then there arose in the United States a most beautiful woman clothed in splendor, and great power was given to her. She was lovely of feature but there was a hardness about her that defied description. Beautiful as she was, she was yet cruel, wicked and cunning. She dominated the land with her authority, she had complete power over the people. The vision indicated that either such a woman would literally arise or that this woman of the vision was merely a type of an organization which is scripturally characterized by a female. Though the voice did not speak out and reveal who she was, he felt in his heart that this woman represented the rising Roman Catholic Church, and he inserted in parenthesis beside at the end of this vision which he had written out, (perhaps the Catholic church).Vision Seven:
The voice bade him look once more. As he turned and beheld, a great explosion rent the entire land, and left the land of America a smoldering, chaotic ruin. As far as the eye could see there was naught but craters, smoking piles of debris, and no humanity in sight. The vision then faded away.

Branham believed, as have many Protestants over the years, that the figure of Mystery Babylon in Revelation 17-18 represents the Roman Catholic Church. I do believe that Branham’s vision predicted the takeover of the USA by the Whore of Babylon, but she is much more than the RCC. She represents the culmination of mankind’s rebellion against God that first emerged as a superpower in the post-flood world at the Tower of Babel. She represents the World System of Babylon, as opposed to the Kingdom of Heaven represented by the New Jerusalem. And that world system is today dominated and controlled by the United States of America.
A similar vision was received by evangelist A. A. Allen on the 4th of July, 1954, when Allen was on top of the observation deck on the Empire State Building. He saw Mystery Babylon portrayed as the Statue of Liberty, and in this incredibly vivid vision the hand of God forced Lady Liberty to drink the cup of the wine of His wrath which contained a sword which the Lord forcefully shoved down her throat.
At the beginning of the judgment on Lady Liberty A. A. Allen heard a voice saying, “The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly. Therefore, from thenceforth, thou shalt have wars.”
This prophecy has certainly come true, as can be seen by looking at the list of US military interventions since World War II at http://killinghope.org/. God has not been silent regarding the prophetic destiny of the USA. But in our eagerness to embrace patriotism, capitalism and militarism we have simply refused to listen. And now we stand on the verge of electing a new president who proudly declares,
“I will not, and I will never, apologize for America!”
In fact, Romney has repeated this statement several times (see http://youtu.be/PNzySyobiuM), turning it into something like a personal campaign slogan, always accompanied by loud cheering. It is meant to be spoken in contrast to Obama, who is portrayed as being somehow apologetic for America’s history and reticent regarding our present position as the greatest superpower on the face of the earth. This portrayal comes through very clearly in the “Obama 2016” movie meant to tap into and stir up the fears and prejudices of proud patriotic Americans.
“I will not apologize for America!”
Heaven help us… God gives grace to the humble, but the proud will be brought low. Our devotion to the patriotic propaganda that has seductively promoted this great mythology of ” A M E R I C A ! ” has become our greatest idol. It is a purely faith-based world-view, but a completely blind faith based on principles that are opposed to those given by Jesus in the Beatitudes and the Sermon on the Mount. True followers of Jesus must recognize that the commandment to “love your enemy” also strongly suggests “don’t kill them,” and that the Kingdom of Heaven does not advance in step with the geo-political goals of the world’s last superpower.
Lately I have been deeply impressed by a need for those who call themselves “Christians” to return to the foundations of the teachings of Jesus. The Manifesto of the coming of the Kingdom of Heaven is announced by Jesus in Luke 4:18-19,
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”
The Constitution for the coming Kingdom announced by Jesus is put forth in Matthew 5, 6, and 7, beginning with the Beatitudes and ending with the parable of the strong and weak foundations. If your Church is not a place that is drawing the poor in spirit, the meek, those hungering and thirsting for righteousness and justice, the merciful, the pure in heart, the peacemakers and the persecuted, then something is wrong with your foundation and your leaders need to re-learn what Jesus meant when He announced, “The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!”
Last week, in anticipation of the election, New York City was hit by Hurricane Sandy. New York is for all intents and purposes America’s capital and the capital of the world system. Today I realized how this storm has been absolutely prophetic:
“And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.” (Matt. 7:26-27)
We’ve heard the words of Jesus, but we have ignored them and turned instead to protecting, defending, glorifying and promoting the standing and prestige of the greatest worldly Kingdom since Nimrod’s original Empire of Babylon. Our values have been twisted to value money over people, self-interest over “love thy neighbor,” and carnal power over sacrifice. The American Empire centered in the financial district of Manhattan is an empire built on sand, and great will be its fall.
Just last month a new book was released that takes a look at global capitalism and America’s role in promoting it to the ends of the earth. The authors argue that of all the institutions erected to support this system none of them (including the CIA and US Military) have been as important as the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury, while the power-brokers that control these institutions have always been the corporate executives of the Wall Street banks. (Leo Panitch and Sam Gindin can also be heard discussing their book on an hour-long podcast of the radio show “Against the Grain” – which is a great show that often covers topics related to today’s current Neoliberal New World Order.)
So the question remains, will a future President be able to “SAVE” America? Is Romney our man? Would he be willing to call a solemn assembly, to fast and pray and repent on behalf of America for our systemic transgressions of arrogance, violence and greed? Would he be willing to lead a solemn procession down the Broadway of New York City that leads through the heart of Manhattan from the financial district to Central Park? Broadway is the traditional location of our famous “ticker tape parades,” and it would be a perfect location for us to collectively humble ourselves, with our President and Senators donning sackcloth and ashes, traversing the Broadway in humility, renouncing our sins of the past and committing to follow the Narrow Way of Jesus Christ.
If that were to happen the grace and mercy of God would be released and judgment on America would be forestalled. Only then would the Great Prostitute, Mystery Babylon, be kicked off of our land and forced to find a new home. Perhaps she would visit China and set up shop in Beijing or Hong Kong, forestalling the judgment of Revelation 18 for several more decades. We can only speculate what might happen if we truly repented as a nation, but I firmly believe that until something as profound and sincere as that happens we remain on a collision-course headed for judgment.
“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matt. 7:13-14)

Yes, if you think Capitalism was invented in Heaven then it might seem as if I am against our Lord, and much of what I write may be “off the grid” of many people’s understanding. But I love Jesus, I really do, and I just want to see His people wake up and embrace the “life system” that Jesus paid for with His blood. I see through capitalism and I therefore view it as the greatest competitor to the true Gospel in the world today. There are two powerful forces in the World converging and they are the Queen of Babylon (The Great Prostitute) and the King of Babylon (the Antichrist). Eventually the forces of the Antichrist will attack and subdue the Great Prostitute (Rev. 17:16-17). Obama is probably aligned with these forces, which look past capitalism to a post-Christian world no longer led by America. On the other hand, those who support American-led Neoliberal capitalism to the bitter end will find that they are rejected by both the Antichrist and by God Himself, because it is the will of God that Babylon be handed over to the Antichrist and then eventually utterly destroyed. It is in this context that Jesus’ warning of Luke 17:32 makes sense. We must be sure that nothing of this world possesses a piece of our heart, lest we turn back and suffer the consequences.

It sounds like the King of Babylon will be a wife-beater. Haha. Just a joke to compare the wife abuse that occurs far too often in today’s Helter-Skelter world.
As a person who labors for a living, I have not been a participant in the the worldly wealth that has been created beyond comprehension with capitalism’s fiat money system. Rather, due to the “race for the bottom” in wages and benefits, I have been moved from the middle class in the 1970’s to the class of the working poor. Yes, I have a job. I am not lazy, and just completed a 60 hour work week which has left me depleted mentally and physically. I earn less today than I did in 1990 because of the deisre of the uber-rich to keep the rest of the population enslaved and living off the crumbs that fall from their table. (and according to their population control plans, there are far too many of us scrambling for those crumbs!)
Pete, if I thought I had to wait DECADES for the return of Jesus, I think I would just quit my job and give up. Fortunately I believe in the any moment return of Christ for His church; therefore I keep on, lest I give up right at the finish line. I used to compete in 5-K, 10-K, and half marathons when I was younger, and in almost every race I wanted to quit before the race was over! However, I never dropped out of a single race. That’s because I am a person who gives their best at whatever I try to do.
Ecclesiastes 9:10 “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.” (My body may be going to the grave King Solomon, but I WILL LIVE ON!!)
I’m not going to quit my job and go on Welfare, and it looks like the U.S. Congress (at the behest of the corporate owning wealthy) have raided social security to the point that I won’t even be able to draw what I have put in over the years, let alone what I have put in with the interest I should have earned! These people (the congress people), and the people who keep pay for these people to keep getting elected are guilty of massive violation of “Thou Shalt Not Steal” on an unprecedented level. Thank God that there will be a judgement for such oppression and wrongdoing! I don’t think we will have to wait decades Pete for Christ to return. Life will be far different by 2020! Jesus loves His wife (the Church) and died for her, but the Antichrist has always despised his wife (the Great Whore) and will turn against her in the end times, subduing her and then pushing her down the path of destruction. This post is a hard one to swallow, I know, but I felt it needed to come out. Hopefully soon I will find time to write and dig deeper into these end-times mysteries. Robert, you mention United Fruit, which lobbied for the CIA-led coup in Guatemala on June 18-27 of 1954. Most Americans are shielded from this nasty episode in American history. I happen to believe that A.A. Allen’s vision of judgment against America that he received only a week after this coup on July 4, 1954, was a direct response from Heaven to America’s sins. The Guatemala coup set the precedent for decades of post-WW2 US intervention in Central and South America against democratic governments, in favor of right-wing dictatorships, on behalf of American multinational corporations. “For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. Christie, I have put my life on the line for this country when I served in the military, so I know a little bit about who loves this country and who hates it. When we have a so called commander-in-chief who watched our ambassador, his staff, and two highly trained Navy Seals murdered, when he had the power at his hands to help them. Something has gone horribly wrong in our government. There is a famine in our land; not of bread, nor of thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord (Amos 8:11). If president (small case p intentional) Obama was the Christian he claims to be he should know that the Bible says to “withhold not good from those to whom it is due, when it is the power of thine hand to do it (Proverbs 3:27). He should have done something to save our Ambassador!! Even a kind hearted man would have done SOMETHING! He did NOTHING (actually he aided the enemy, and called off General Carter Ham who tried to mount a rescue operation!) Obama is a coward, he’s not a citizen, and we owe Richard Nixon an apology if Mr. Obama is not Impeached, Prosecuted, and Imprisoned. He is guilty of high treason! The difference between Obama and Nixon is that we had a real Congress and a press that reported real news in 1973.
The reality is that our commander-in-chief is a Muslim, and he was put into power by those that desire to bring our country down and to establish a world wide slave government whereby the elite have such a secure hold on power that their feudal system will never be overthrown. What you do not seem to reaize is that capitalism has been corrupted and changed not to benefit the people who produce wealth, but those who control the money. I suggest you read G. Edward Griffin’s “The Creature From Jekyll Island” if you want to know how thoroughly capitalism has been hijacked and corrupted. It’s Amazon.com’s #1 best-seller in the Business and Investing category. We have moved from Adam Smith’s principles in “The Wealth of Nations” to Milton Friedman’s “Crony Capitalism”. The problem is, most people don’t reaize anything has changed!

Thank you posting Branham’s 6th vision of the beautiful woman. I thought it was Sarah Palin when she ran with McCain ’08. My comments on a few “Christian” sites were very explosive to say the least!
I believe God has given me a revelation about that “beautiful woman.”
I believe it is the spirit of “Feminism.”
It was sold to the woman of America, that you can do anything that you want, be like a man, be free sexually, etc. etc.
Now that it has been around for 40yrs we see the devastation that it has reeked on America & the world.
The murder of over 50 million babies.
The murder of men, marriages, families, etc.
The murder of every good virtue that God placed in woman naturally. Like being a care giver, a nurturer, loving, tender, gentle, etc.
That spirit has totally destroyed women in the “Christian” churches today. Look at the top “Christian” women leaders, they look & dress like men.
Does the Bible say something about that? Mmmm..

Hi Darryl, you are definitely on to something, but I don’t think Feminism is described in vision six, which has to do with power and political authority that leads to USA’s destruction in vision seven. However, what you say is valid, and I think it is specifically predicted in vision five from http://www.williambranham.com/featured_stories/1933-7-visions-of-william-branham/ :
“The fifth scene that appeared involved the womanhood of the world. In this scene there appeared the fast moral decay of women. Starting back when she received her so-called liberty to enter into worldly affairs by means of the vote, she soon began to wear clothes that were too revealing. she bobbed her hair and adopted the clothing of men. Finally the vision showed her all but stripped naked and she merely covered herself with a tiny apron about the size and shape of a fig leaf. Regarding Branham, I know he was not perfect and had many theological flaws and misinterpreted many of his visions and experiences, yet I believe he was a man of God who did his best to speak God’s word.
Regarding the USA, I think we might indeed see that a woman president rise to power, and be our last before the Day of the Lord comes. Perhaps after Romney wins the Left will be so fired up that Hillary Clinton will sweep into office in 2016? Or perhaps if Obama wins the Right will be so fired up that Condoleeza Rice will take over in 2016? Either way the stage is set…

Thanks for your comments. I do agree with you that the destruction of femininity has happened exactly as Branham prophesied in his 5th scene.
I also agree that God used Branham & Allen mightily, but just like the rest of us, we can get off track if we aren’t very careful.
My only disagreement on vision 6 would be the totality of feminism in our society. I thing it is so much larger that one person. It seems like 90% of the newscasters are women, judges in our court systems, governors & federal & state politicians, heads of companies, school teachers & principals, military commanders, doctors the list is endless. I almost forgot, TV & movies! Beautiful women are portrayed beating or killing many men in the movies while on TV heterosexual men are always fat, dumb imbeciles, where their wives or girlfriends are the good looking, slender & intelligent ones.
I am almost 55 & the changes that I have seen in the American society are horrendous, I would have never dreamed that our society could change so much in such a short period of time.
I guess my point is that the main out front in your face ruling spirit is “Feminism” & is always portrayed by beautiful women. All other foul evil spirits are working behind the scenes for the most part in our society.
I also believe the end times are a lot closer that we think.

I have read both of your books and find your work outstanding.
I have concern over your endorsement of William Branham and his prophecies.
After doing some research on Branham it appears that he claimed to receive his prophecies from an angel not from the Spirit of
God. I am reminded of Joseph Smith,(Mormonism) and Muhammed and their angelic visitations leading to the false teachings of Mormonism and Islam.
Why would God allow an Angel to provide a vision and not use the Holy Spirit as described in 1Peter 1:21?
His denial of the three persons of the trinity and his belief that Eve had sex with the Serpent producing Cain.
A denial of the trinity is not a theological flaw, it is heresy. We are not to tolerate false doctrine according to scripture. Rev. 2:20.
Therefore I reject Branham’s prophecies based on his denial of an essential point of doctrine and his reliance on an angelic being as a source for his visions and healing power.
I urge caution.

branham and zechariah did not merely witness a representative symbol of evil, but the female demon that sits over the u.s. — the very Spirit of Evil, the “goddess” Ishtar, Isis, Shinar, Diana, Astarte, etc
in the last few years some Christians have written perceptively and well about this demon, and of her influence over the nation — richard coombes and others

I absolutly love your books. However I agree with the 2 previous gentlemen. William Branham IS a false prophet and we shouldhave NOTHING todo with him. the bible says if it even appearsevil run. Our pastor said that would be even a shadow of doubt. Someone tried to get my husband to read all this mans books years ago.
I did extensive research on discerment sites and studied very long on his teachings. He is on many of these sites and labled a false prophet among many other stuff. Just to read his beliefs is something we should walk away from.

REV 17:3
Wouldn’t you think that whoever the beast is, according to this scripture it should probably be a desert nation- or am I Misunderstanding this text somehow?

Hi Peter, It concerns me deeply that you quote Branham. Its irresponsible and you need to address that article. Being in South Africa and having so few good churches to fellowship with most have become apostate and are greedy and most of the Charismatic have moved over to the Hebrew Roots. The next move will be into the New world religious system. The masses are being set up and they will run to this new system, its just a matter of time. We rely on google to research Naturally. With bible in one hand and search engines in the other we dig away and study the word with such vigour and passion. I also don’t support the idea that America is in end time prophecy which so many think she is. She may be the king of the West of Israel but thats all really. America and England are the two biggest exporters of sin so yes the storms and crazy weather systems are a sign for me that judgement has begun with them. I also battle with “The Harbinger.” Its a money spinning book and again people are making Mammon from Gods word. I discern when I hear Cahn and I smell a rat. I really enjoyed your article on Nimrod. I also see him playing a role in end times. May I pose a question. If Nimrod is the resurrected A/C who is it then confirming a covenant 7 years prior. The beast who comes from the Pit takes place plus minus mid trib yet the A/C is seen on the 7 year mark. I am battling to reconcile the 2 who are the same. He is released from the pit, does that mean physically or just spiritually. Why would The Angel need to release a physical body if its just his spiritual aspect that takes control of the A/C who then I don’t see as Nimrod. If I sound confused I am lol. So how does the A/C become Nimrod 3.5 years before him being released from the pit. Thank you kindly.
